Job Description: You will begin in an individual contributors role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the companys way of Learning in your city. You would be showcasing the unique way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone.Training: All selected candidates will be part of a 6 weeks training process under the Business Development Trainee profile at a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000. Upon successful completion of training candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates - Direct Sales. Also, Only after confirmation to the Business development role, they will start work at their Role Location.Salary :CTC (BDT): INR 25000 per month + performance pay up to INR 2,00,000/- based on individual targets and performance numbersPreferred Skill Sets:

• Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
• Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
• Having a knack for sales and high resilience
• High energy and enthusiasm
• Freshers and laterals upto 2 years of total work experience
• For Laterals prior experience in high productivity sales environment with weekly/monthly sales cycle preferred
• Highly effective communication
• Well groomed and presentable
• Candidate must have a fire to work hard and earn a high salary
• Role requires the candidate to be a hard core aggressive seller
• Working hours are long once you reach the Business development associate role
• once you clear the training for 6 weeks as a Business development trainee, you get promoted to a business development associate with the below salary

CTC:Business development associate will be offered a total compensation of INR 10, 00,000 LPA which includes the following components.Fixed Compensation : INR 5,00,000/- Variable Compensation : INR 3,00,000/- Direct Sales Allowance : INR 2,00,000/-Candidates preferred from : coaching institutes / education background/counselors/e learning platforms/ B2C sales.
