You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business you will also support end users to determine information requirements.You will:

  • Interact with business stakeholders and leaders to gather & scope BI / Analytical requirements
  • Develop the analysis and share the insights / recommendations with business stakeholders through Effective presentation; actively engage on all Business meetings & calls to provide support and look for business process improvement opportunities|
  • Maintain excellent relationship with Business stakeholders through regular meetings and reviews and looking for work opportunities
  • Analyze and extract relevant information from business data to help automate and optimize key processes
  • Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation and research and implement novel machine learning and statistical approaches

  • 5-8 years relevant experience with excellent communication and presentation skills with SQL with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc. and translating the strategic direction and business objectives established by partners into holistic digital, technology, change management and organization strategies.
  • Develop & conceptualize sophisticated & innovative analytical solution and actionable insights with client and business understanding
  • Diagnosing business processes or organizational problems and leveraging analytics to determine how our clients can seize new opportunities.
  • Should have knowledge of predictive modeling, analytics methodology
