You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business you will also end users to determine information requirements.Role Overview:Looking for energized candidate with 0 to 2 years of experience in supporting Data Integration / Business Intelligence / Data Science applications. As a Business Intelligence Support Team Member, you will be responsible for day-to-day support, monitoring and trouble shooting of non-production and production of BI reporting applications. You will work closely with Business, Infrastructure, Support and Delivery Teams to analyze and provide resolutions in a complex environment. Role Responsibilities1 to 2 Years of Experience in Supporting Data Integration and Business Intelligence Applications Support, Monitor, Maintain, Trouble Shoot and Optimize the BI Applications pertaining to PAG CEPI Domain. Provide day-to-day operational support Work with Business, Delivery and Support teams to analyze production issues in a critical situations. Work with the Team to analyze database operational data, identify potential issues and proactively initiate resolution strategies with other application and IT support team Participate in on-call rotation as needed (even during weekends) Participate in and contribute to the implementation of best industry practices Perform root cause analysis on failed components and implement corrective measures. Provide ongoing information to Team Leadership, customers, and peers regarding enhancements, innovations and solutions. Responsible for following company specific systems engineering standards.RequirementsA minimum of 0-2 years experience in any ETL platforms - SSIS / Informatica / Streamsets and BI - Power BI , Python Programming and Unix Scripting Exposure to basic L1 level troubleshooting of issues related to BI Data Visuals created with Tableau and PowerBI Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server / Teradata / Hadoop / etc Basic understanding of Dimensional Modelling and Data Warehouse Design.
