Job Description

    India Employee Transportation function rolls under the Chief Administrative Office of India Corporate Center. The CAO team prides itself on the innovative and boundless culture and we are seeking someone who is not afraid to think out of the box and work in an environment with no room for error.The Business Management Associate will work under the direction of the Transport Finance & Business Management Lead in order to deliver multiple Transport & CAO programs pan the Corporate Centers in India, support project management activities, senior management business reporting, governance of the people agenda, communications and strategic event and conference planning. Primary Responsibilities:
    • Assist on all BAU reporting and analytics, for periodic reports and scorecards
    • Identify automation opportunities using No/Low code solutions and lead such projects
    • Create executive reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
    • Manage budgets and expenses closely
    • Liase closely with GSS team for management of Vendor contracts and Spend approvals
    • Work closely with different CAO teams to further the Transport goals and agenda
    • Program/Project Management of all key initiatives
    • Manage the planning and execution of strategic events and conferences
    • Manage internal communications for the Employee Transportation function
    • Liaise with the Corporate Communications team to plan and execute branding and marketing of the flagship programs and events.
    • Manage and participate the central CAO People initiatives governance
    Essential Skills/Experience:
    • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a Project / Business management role
    • Strong proficiency in number crunching and visualization using MS Office tools
    • Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills
    • Ability to communicate well orally and in writing, and work in a cross-functional team
    • Have a strong controls mindset, and be able to work with great alacrity and attention to detail
    • Demonstrated project management skills with ability to deliver on commitments
    • Must be a great team player, prepared to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
    • Ability to learn and understand new technologies
    Preferred Skills:
    • Process Improvement certification like Lean / Six Sigma
    • Working knowledge of Data Visualization tools like Tableau and QlikView
    • Knowledge of SharePoint to manage documents and libraries
