Acting as a senior liaison between Akamai Payroll and IT communities for all Payroll system s needs.Supporting and enhancing the Software Development Life Cycle framework.Leading facilitated sessions with the business community to define and plan the deployment of application solutions.Communicating project status and escalating issues to management.Developing and executing system test plans and scenarios.Required Skills8 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Payroll organization with an emphasis on project management.5 years experience with ADP Payroll and Kronos Workforce Timekeeper or ADP s eTime.Minimum 2 years of experience in Implementing or supporting any Payroll System.Experience in ADP Payroll is preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in Implementing or supporting any time and labor system.Experience in Kronos Workforce Timekeeper or ADP s eTime is preferred.Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Core HR (version R12) is desirable.Experiences in Cloud applications(Payroll & HR) will be a plus.Desired SkillsStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to demonstrate complete understanding of general Payroll business processes.Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot problems.Intermediate level knowledge of SQL on an Oracle database environment.Project management skills.Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.Ability to think strategically and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Proven track record delivering complex software solutions.,
