DescriptionDescription- AppleCare Digital team is looking for a Business Validation Engineer with strong technical, problem solving and interpersonal skills to ensure the quality of applications that millions of customers use every day. - In this role, you will be involved in Quality Engineering for critical customer facing applications. - Ability to map Business requirement to user journeys, test scenarios and strategy - Identify and prioritize test conditions addressing product risks and features to be tested - Define and Design test cases and sets of test cases to cover test conditions - You will be part of a team that is responsible for global, outstanding, Support applications including the Web and mobile App. - Responsibilities include the understanding and analysing of requirements along with creating and completing test plans and test cases. - Provide Project Managers with timely and accurate testing status and progress during all testing phases, including summarising Quality results at project conclusion, Key QualificationsKey Qualifications
