    • Expertise on Cisco Network operating systems would be a highly desirable bonus
    • 5-8 years experience working on networking software, preferably protocol experience
    • Linux system development exposure, working with multi-threading
    • Experience in all phases of SW development cycle with some exposure to agile development methodologies
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    C Dev + Linux + L2/L3 protocols + ACL (Access Control List) (3 to 9 years exp) :JD:Primary Skills: C, Linux, L2 L3 protocol developmentSecondary Skills: NX-OSProject specific skills:-
    • Strong hands on implementation experience on following areas- ACL TCAM Programming, Policy Based Routing, Ethernet, VLAN (802.1Q),IPv4 IPv6, Ethernet switching, forwarding.
    • Experience in software feature development and dealing with specialized ASICs and TCAM management for high-performance packet forwarding systems.
    • Extensive programming experience in C ,Data structures and algorithms. Development of algorithm using efficient data structures to bring up optimized code.
    • Experience in python programming.
    • Hands on experience on gdb core file debugging and packet path analysis. Troubleshooting customer issues on und er Linux environment.
    • Good to have knowledge on Traffic generators (Ixia) and Linux driver apis.
    • The proven ability to work autonomously
