Job ID: JR0197888Job Category: EngineeringPrimary Location: Bangalore, KA INOther Locations: India, HyderabadJob Type: Experienced HireCAD EngineerJob DescriptionDevelops and applies computer aided design (CAD) software engineering methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of technical problems.Assessing architecture and hardware limitations, plans technical projects in the design and development of CAD software.Defines and selects new approaches and implementation of CAD software engineering applications and design specifications and parameters.Develops routines and utility programs.Prepares design specifications, analysis and recommendations for presentation and approval.May specify materials, equipment and supplies required for completion of projects and may evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.Qualifications- B.Tech MS degree in Computer Science Electronics Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related disciplines with 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experienceMinimum Requirements:- Experience with logic RTL design using Verilog System- Verilog Experience with ASIC verification tools such as VCS logic simulator- Experience across all Front End domains Simulation formal property verification validation- Emulation Knowledge of Linux Unix and Windows based SW development environments tools- Experience with Perl Python Shell scripting- Ability to communicate effectively with various technical groups and to coordinate activities amongst those groupsAdded advantages - Experience in OVMUVM and other object oriented verification methodologiesAdditional soft skills required- Ability to act as ambassador for new technologies and actively engage with global cross site teams- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to work independently prioritize manage risks evaluate tradeoffs make quick decisions and communicate project status- Interfacing with multiple customers understanding their requirements setting expectations and delivering on commitments- Analytical problem solving team oriented and ability to work in a collaborative environmentInside this Business GroupIn the Design Engineering Group (DEG), we take pride in developing the best-in-class SOCs, Cores, and IPs that power Intel s products.
