Job Description Cash ACC services all lines of business and corporate functions. The team manages to analyze, resolve & report all the cash inter-entity related breaks as well NIB/IB to senior management across JPMC for reporting purposes.The team partners with various stakeholders i.e. Legal Entity Controllers LOB s, Financial controller and various MIS team across businesses. Primary Responsibilities of Team
    1. Cash Certification The Cash Certification procedure aims at establishing a reconciliation for a given record. The reconciliation can be in the form of a statement (received through email from LOB owners) or a Recon ID (indicating that it is mapped in iRECS).
    2. NIB/IB - The Cash ACC Team conducts a monthly review & investigation of the misclassified NIB IB Balances & takes necessary steps to correctly re-classify them. Press Release 1000 & 1100, Intra month Creation of mapping files and sending mail for IB/NIB confirmations to various folks
    3. IDDA to GL Recon - Reconciliation and identification of differences occurring between IDDA and GL & escalating to LOB for further course of action.
    4. Cash Inter entity - Reconciliation and identification of differences occurring between any two JPMorgan Chase & Co. ( JPMC ) consolidated entities
    Cash ACC Reviews all Nostro Cash Related Breaks above the $5m Control Threshold, at the LE Pair - CCY level Educational Qualification Finance discipline - B.COM / MBA
    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members, as well as with other teams within the firm
    • Adapt to and execute changes to reporting requirements
    • Prioritize tasks and assignments to meet deadlines, and escalate concerns to direct manager
    • Demonstrate familiarity and competence with departmental and team procedures and applicable systems
    • Recommend adjustments and improvements to departmental and team procedures and applicable system enhancements
    Requirements
    • Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
    • Problem solving / issue resolution skills
    • Team player with the ability to work productively within a group
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience in Financial Reporting, Fund Administration, Accounting and/or Custody experience, preferred
    • Bachelor s Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred) or equivalent experience preferred
