Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with P&L reporting and month-end close processes
  • Produce, consolidate and analyze daily, monthly and yearly P&L information
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting to finance heads, business managers, and senior finance management
  • Partner with the business to drive forth and implement robust controls and new business initiatives
  • Drive coordination across teams to ensure smooth close during Month ends, Quarter ends and Year ends
  • Provide support on Adhoc analysis and reporting relating to financial data for exercises including but not limited to CCAR, ICAAP, Earnings release etc
  • Serve as an analytical and project support resource for the team
Qualifications
  • CA / MBA with Strong accounting background highly preferred (2+ years)
  • Experience doing P&L and month end close process
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and detail oriented
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Eager to challenge current processes
