The CAE will be the first of its kind addition to the business and will oversee our new and key strategy of growing our Tier 2 & Tier 3 business through channels. The CAE will also be responsible for onboarding new cloud resellers and enable them to drive new business, retain & grow existing revenue, ensure customer retention and success through Resellers.Your Impact:Success will be measured by the revenue generated through resellers from classified Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

  • Manage Reseller ACV Attainment
  • Drive new business through resellers
  • Responsible for healthy renewal rates of reseller accounts
  • Ensure operational efficiency pipegen, manage lead to close cycle, forecast effectively, etc.
  • Effectively navigate complex customer scenarios, skilfully influence, negotiate and close business that s in the best interest of the Customer, Reseller, and Salesforce
  • Become an SME & trusted advisor to Resellers & their Customers
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years experience in direct/indirect field sales preferably with an OEM
  • Has adequate knowledge of selling cloud applications
  • Familiarity with CRM and Analytical solutions
Preferred Requirements:
  • MBA from reputed B-Schools/Universities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Prior successful indirect Sales experience
  • Ability to lead complex sales cycles through partners.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities manage a mix of deals and transactions
