Offer best in class sales experience while on boarding customers.9. Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.10.Hiring and recruitment of agents and developing own agency.11.Maintain Customer relationship.Behavioral Responsibilities:1. Identifying and Recruiting potential insurance consultants or ADPs.2. Driving business targets through insurance advisors.3. Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity.4.Groom advisors for the next level of partnership .5. Preparing strategy and achieving targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.Few Pointers:1.
