COS leads strategic initiatives and drives execution strategy across the organization. Objectives of the position Drive strategic initiatives on technical vectors across the Org Lead the team for IP planning, roadmap strategy for IP verticals and drive execution of strategy. Drive IP Program management, change management, setting processes, status tracking and other changes Lead Plan cycle, resource planning and forecast. Set team goals and drive the implementation. Work with internal stakeholders to drive the team towards technical execution excellence. Desired Competencies and Experiences: Strong communicator and proven leadership experience.
