Department DescriptionOur businessGlobal Financial Messaging (GFM) Operations is firm wide service utility and part of the Corporate Investment Bank. GFM is distributed across Bournemouth and Bangalore operational hubs providing oversight and management for the infrastructure, processes and maintenance related to the Firm s centralized messaging applications covering SwiftNet FIN, FileAct, Interact, Browse and Fax services.Transaction Processing SpecialistOpportunityThe opportunity is to join the Exception Handling/RMA team as a Transaction Processing Specialist with key responsibilities for:

  • Queue monitoring and managing the internal and external RMA request and manual repair of message exceptions as per agreed timeframes outlined in SLA.
  • Investigation across several internal applications to ensure accuracy
  • Responding quickly and politely to internal client enquiries raised via telephone or e-mail
  • Working with our mirror site in a global team
  • Participation in process improvements using all investigation tools available
  • Participation in quality service and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure and maintain a high level of service quality excellence
