Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for operationalizing the low code tools strategy for the client onboarding and client due diligence operations groups, including identification and hiring of talent, governance and review of business cases, solutions design of new and re-engineered process in the approved low code platforms in the bank and engagement with the technology partner teams for integration and software engineering support. The role is based in Bangalore but responsibilities will be both regional and global. Cross-regional partnership across technology and the business is vital.Key Accountabilities / Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for bringing about process improvements and optimizations using low code initiatives / ideas. The individual will be interacting with multiple operations teams within the organization as well as on-shore business & technology teams
  • Leads the projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, design development and implementation.
  • Detailed analysis and documentation of both functional and non-functional business needs to create business requirements.
  • Analyze current business process to understand the business needs and to determine how to best fulfil those needs via system and process. Conducting gap analysis between current and to-be requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities for end to end automation by partnering with stakeholders across different regional team, this includes running workshops to elicit their requirements.
  • React fast to changing platform / client needs and leverage low-code tools to bring about the transformation.
  • Ensuring solutions are in alignment with dependent processes and applications
  • Determining infrastructure recommendations based on business requirements for new and existing operations initiatives
  • Ensuring all changes to products, best practice and operating models are clearly understood by all stakeholders and implemented in a controlled manne
  • Delivering business readiness sign off for assigned projects prior to implementation.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • Experience in leading and execution of business process automation solution using low code platforms, preferably Pega.
  • Proven analysis skills with detailed knowledge across a financial operational environment.
  • Expertise in leveraging Low Code solutions to bring about process improvements/ automations.
  • Experience of working on projects which deliver automation solutions to operations teams including rolling out improvements to existing processes.
  • Experience on global / multi-site projects including facilitation of workshops with remote participants and rationalization of regional requirements
  • A Process review/improvement accredited qualification is desirable i.e. Six Sigma (or studying towards completion).
  • At least 10 years global financial industry experience within top tier investment management or financial services firm in leading a team of business analyst.
  • Ability to identify and analyse problems and propose effective corrective solutions to meet term business, financial and/or system requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on operational and/or project objectives to tight deadlines and high expectations
  • Ability to handle multiple in-flight projects and deliver within given timeframes
  • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation, presentation and production of documentation appropriate to an audience.
