Responsibilities and Scope of Work: Actively work on achieving companys annual revenue target. Pro - active sales pitch to prospective customers with a defined plan of action Close - loop sales leads / queries originating from customers via e - mail , calls , chat Attend to walk - in customers at Office Close - loop regular customer service requests via e - mail / calls Personal meetings for effectively selling Oodio products and services Scope Bangalore and nearby cities Customer Success Management Retention of High Value Customers Events and Collaborations Participation Opportune Presence Customer Education and Training on Oodio products and services A Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration (most preferred) , A minimum of 1 - year of work experience in a company (We are open to hire zealous and disciplined freshers as well) Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Ability to work independently. High degree of personal credibility , responsibility motivation. Dynamic , Passionate and Forthcoming in customer interaction (a peoples person) Quick learner , ready to solve problems , handle customer query , concern , feedback Can smartly assess customers needs and modulate assistance and information accordingly Has right aptitude to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent on - boarding and after sales service Go the extra mile to drive sales and make customers feel heard and cared for Team up with co - workers to ensure proper customer service with no loose ends Build productive trust relationships with customers , that of an advisor to help grow their business Eventually play a larger role in Customer Lifecycle management
