Job Description

Closed Loop Business Analyst (Czech Republic)Posting Location : Location CZ-RemotePosting date 3 days ago(9/9/2021 7:34 AM)Job ID 89307 Workday ID R-014714 Job summary The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement team is looking for a Closed Loop Business Analyst to join us in Brno, Czech Republic. In this role, you will be providing analyses that support our closed loop actions and allow us to proactively address situations, both from a support and a business perspective, before they escalate. You will support the Critical Accounts Management team to show the impact that we re having and the value that the department is bringing to our key stakeholders across the organization. As a Closed Loop Business Analyst, you will be part of the Critical Accounts program and will report to the closed loop manager. Primary job responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide as input for the closed loop process
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to prevent escalations
  • Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic and tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge
  • Create specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs and required or available data elements
  • Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues
  • Directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
  • Create and maintain departmental KPIs and value reporting for upper management
Required skills
  • 5+ years of experience working in support, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), escalation management, or customer success field in high-tech companies, or a previous internship at Red Hat
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Tableau or similar
  • Expertise in direct operations in high-technology business settings
  • Ability to think creatively, while blending quantitative assessments, qualitative inputs, and vision to create potential future alternatives
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and deliver information in a variety of ways and to a variety of audiences, including executives and other business leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity; open-mindedness to multiple points of view and ability to act on your own
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills focused on clear and concise recommendations related to complex problems and analyses
  • Very detail and logic-oriented
The following are considered a plus:
  • Enterprise infrastructure software marketplace knowledge
  • MBA degree
  • Certifications in program or project management or Six Sigma
