This manager would be primary driver ofdelivering insights that will educate and influence key business decision-making for our executive team. With a combination of analytical expertise,data and system knowledge and business acumen, This manager will coach anddevelop a high performing team that would be highly capable of answering andanticipating critical business questions and opportunities to deliver criticalinsights in ways that make significant impacts to the business.## Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Build a high performing team of analysts, developers, and data scientists that can provide meaningful analytics and insights to help drive strategic direction for our organization with the goal of commercial excellence. The commercial analytics team should be able to analyze complex data sets, visualize data in an audience-appropriate manner, and deliver the analysis clearly and concisely across a variety of functions * Have a thorough understanding of the business context to develop and execute commercial analytics strategies with the end goal of providing meaningful analytics and data to leadership team to drive results in fast-paced, competitive and changing aerial marketplace. * Support the development and drive the execution of the teams strategic roadmap; dashboard management systems, data health, and predictive analytics * Provide direction to senior leadership with respect to data driven decision making through quality, availability, and understanding of the data. * Understand how analytics can be applied to solve a wide variety of business problems. Identify analytical requirements and be able to leverage relevant data sources in partnership with data scientists and analysts on the team. * Proactively identify data gaps and quality issues and take appropriate steps to address these issues. * Collaborate with cross functional teams and business leaders to determine requirements and fit analytically based solutions appropriately. * Be a thought leader for driving a cultural shift around data-driven decision making across the organization * Benchmark team capabilities against best practices and seek continuous improvement.## Qualifications * **Required Knowledge and Skills** * Self-starter with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills; able to work independently as well as in fast-paced, cross-functional teams. Must have good time and project management skills and attention to detail. * Strong writing skills for preparing business reports and excellent communication skills to effectively give presentations as well as to interact with other team members. Ability to explain complex topics and/or analysis conclusions in business terms. * Adept at leveraging Analytics technologies and tools for solving ad hoc business problems, innovating on potential future solutions, and working with technology partners to translate your innovations into robust, scaled, analytic solutions and actionable insights. * At least two years of experience in applying advanced analytics to answer business questions, drive efficiency, and provide actionable recommendations. * Proficient with R or Python in developing forecasting, machine learning, or optimization models. * Highly skilled with reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik and R) and ETL techniques (SQL/database design) * Knowledgeable in field of statistical analysis and predictive analytics techniques. * **Preferred Knowledge and Skills** * At least two years of experience managing analysts focused on delivering analytics. * Two years or more experience in a lean manufacturing company. * Independent learner with a strong interest in broadening the competencies of the organization as well as extending his/her personal knowledge. * **Education** : Masters Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, etc. skillsQlikview, tablau, dashboarding qualificationB.E/B.Tech, BCA,
