Will handled communication coordination and operations management. Assigned to do Monitoring and reporting analytics of communication campaigns. Accountable for Internal and change communication, Communication functional coordination within BI, Operations Management, Analytics monitoring and reporting and Assets library ownership.Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for internal communication, transformation office and culture-building in partnership with the India functional teams, especially HR.
• Conceptualizes and executes content and creatives for diverse internal functional and channel needs, as a business partner.
• Partnership on global campaign development; responsibility for local execution.
• Custodian of the digital internal and brand assets for queries management, information updates to keep them up-to-date and with relevant information.
• Responsibility of budget management and management of brand assets, media and templates library, SOPs adherence and internal audit processes.
• Responsible for all communications coordination relating to agencies management.
• Strong, positive relationships to be fostered with Boehringer Ingelheim India Executive Team, HR and global Communications colleagues.
• Ensure that that campaign analytics are collated for suitable planning and review.
• Support Communications function on maintaining content relevance in internal and external digital assets.
• Provides a significant opportunity to be able to forge relationships across BI India, but this also brings with it the need to understand agile concepts of working, diversity & inclusion, collaboration with multi-geographical and functional teams.
• Interfaces within BI India communications, Marketing, GTM and global Communications colleagues for internal / employee communication and communications project coordination and operations management.
• Adhere to BIs Code of Conduct, norms of compliance, ethics and integrity and relevant Government laws.
• BI India and global Communication and HR teams in particular, but other functions / leaders on culture-building programmes and communication.
• High on coordination and is the backbone for efficient Communications operations and delivery in India.

Requirements

• Education : Post Graduate Degree and / or diploma in Communications / Journalism / Healthcare Management, Marketing or Business Administration
• Required over 7 years experience on Indian and / or global healthcare environments.
• English mother tongue standard in all forms of communication is a pre-requisite for this role.
• Working knowledge of Hindi and at least two other Indian languages would be an added advantage.
• Deep knowledge of Communications operations, with a keen interest in efficiency building through analytics.
• A passion for working in matrix teams, with shared responsibility to bring the best of each to yield holistic success.
• Knowledge of healthcare communications in India, with experience of working with global teams.
• This position has agency / partner teams working with him / her. This role does not have a team within BI reporting in.
• Basic IT Knowledge on MS Office applications
• Role is based in Mumbai
