Responsibilities:The work is a combination of the following:Customer support on social mediaMost of our customer service agents take questions submitted as tickets on help.zebpay.com. You will help anyone who posts about their support issues on social media. Youll reassure them, check on their status, and help get the issue resolved. By showing empathy and restoring their confidence in ZebPay, you will be both support agent and brand ambassador. Protecting members and the public from fraud and scamsYou will work with our security team to spot fake accounts and take them down, warn our followers about scams, and educate them on how to stay safe from phishing attacks. There will be some detective work and youll need to use and improve your online research skills. Participating and leading discussions on various platforms as ZebPays representativeWe have active discussion groups on Telegram and Facebook and a growing presence on Reddit and other channels. You will get to know our followers and become a trusted and friendly source of help and encouragement. If you are already knowledgeable about crypto, great. If not, you must learn quickly and with enthusiasm. Your personality and tone will matter as much as your knowledge. Fun and kindness are our core values and you will help create an atmosphere of kindness and fun in these discussion groups.
