  • Project Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A:Understand the Architect and Design to configure backup using existing backup solution in a highly available, redundant, distributed computing environment B:Manage backup environment and troubleshoot issues across a variety of platforms C:Using automation to resolve incidents automatically and integration with various tools Knowledge on Cluster configuration/HA Design interactive dashboards and Reports to present D:Maintain agreed SLA by managing Incident, Service Request
      • Technical Experience : A:Configure Backup Environment Monitoring and integrate with 3rd party ticketing tools for auto converting alert to Incident for any failure B:Troubleshoot technical issues to determine root cause and resolve or implement workaround as necessary C:Manage and troubleshoot VTL/Library issues Identify issues, bugs and escalate to vendor support as necessary D:Hands-on to Support and Administer multiple backup environment using backup solution
      • Professional Attributes : Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts
    • Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education
