Operates under general supervision but works on own most of the time. Technically competent to act as first point of reference for day-to-day queries, and serves as a liaison to related areas. Has both broad and in-depth knowledge in Fund Accounting, Trade Lifecycle & Process Improvement. Carries out relatively complex, extensive, high profile activities e.g. direct interaction with onshore counterparts. Demonstrates excellent analytical, consultative and communication skills. Focuses on maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures in the function, building towards becoming an area expert.Major Duties 1. Carries out relatively complex, extensive, high profile activities e.g. Direct interaction with onshore partners and successfully transitioning process.2. Transition process successfully for SEC reporting.3. Takes a new perspective and have a taste for continuous improvements.4. Build new process, streamline process and find out automation opportunities 5. Focuses on maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures in the function, building towards becoming an area expert. Knowledge/ Skills Demonstrates excellent analytical, consultative and communication skills.Experience Required:
  • Five or more years of related experience in Fund Accounting with expertise in trade lifecycle.
  • N-Cen / N-Port filings knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Experience with Continuous improvements & automation will be an added advantage
