Job Description The person will responsible for development of business strategy and growth plans He/she will be an incubator for new ideas and projects that support the Business Strategy Will be responsible for the central monitoring of fixed term projects arising out of the strategic framework. Will lead cross functional strategic projects for existing and new business Business Performance reporting and review The role would involve management and stakeholder reporting, presentations for the Managing Director s office. Use expertise, knowledge and experience to develop and promote the core Business Effectiveness propositions Work closely with Partners and Directors to market and deliver engagements by: Leading business development initiatives including bid, proposal and contract/commercial negotiation Would be involved in critical activities for growth such as opportunity assessment, business case development, determining capability build requirements, competitor analysis, market trends, etc.Desired Candidate Profile Two to eight years of experience Management consulting experience across verticals for growth, identifying adjacencies, whitespaces and operational excellence activities, adept at creating frameworks Growths strategy, market entry, benchmarking, market sensing, portfolio analysis (no financial portfolio), process optimization, across verticals Process Re - engineering, lean six sigma is preferred Exposure to business case building, point of views (PoVs), position papers Exposure to marketing / business development / strategy / project management Worked with international clients and /or has onshore experience Worked with multi - functional teams Ability and exposure of having worked with senior management in organisations Experience in off shoring advisory with boutique consulting firms or top four audit firms would be an added advantage Good communication skills,
