Ensure high delivery of Commercial Contract Management services in accordance with P2P Statement of Work i.e. commercial / legal review of contracts, extension and renegotiation of existing contracts. Contract Reviews. Conduct timely and pro-active commercial review of client contracts for upcoming extension, re-negotiation, or termination of contract. Engage with client contract owners and nominated P2P Sourcing Specialist to schedule and / or complete appropriate Sourcing or Contract Negotiation activity. Apply commercial expertise, in conjunction with client Legal advisers, to create commercial advantage for our client. Contract Renewal. Receive contract renewal reminders and act upon as appropriate, including proper referral to DB for signatures. Feed into Project Tracking Tool and advise responsible Tactical Sourcing Specialist and DB-CP, if applicable, of pending contract expiration and sourcing / purchasing improvement opportunities. Monitor follow-up from Sourcing Team with suppliers concerning. Opportunity Assessment. Analyze and report exceptions on contract terms and offer recommendations to Sourcing colleagues for commercial improvements on client contracts. Management Reporting. Ensure the high quality delivery of both regular and ad hoc contract management reporting for the Contract Management services within P2P.,
