You should be able to think up original ideas or at least copy intelligently (your inspiration should not crop up on the very first Google search). You should have a flair for the language and hopefully know the difference between colloquial and Queen s English. Experience in digital advertising (not content writing) , traditional media (the old fashioned print , television and film) would work pretty well. Ability to decode IT speak into language that people understand , would really go a long way.,
