Credit Control Executive

Are you a seasoned Credit Control Executive with experience collecting consumer debtThen we are looking for you.

Qualifications :
  • Any Bachelor s Degree.
  • Previous solid experience as a Full Function Accounts Receivable/Credit Control is a MUST.
  • Must be computer literate and have experience and understanding of Excel.
  • Highly motivated, desire to achieve goals.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude even in the toughest of situations.
  • Proactive self-starter with a track record of excellent customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • will have a positive and upbeat attitude as well as an ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Recent experience dealing with both individual and commercial customers will be positively regarded.
  • Will have the very best communication skills and be able to work within a large team environment.
  • Knowledge of the Web Hosting industry is an advantage, but not essential.
