Building and reviewing lesson plans for learners across different syllabi and demographics. R&D on instructional methods and learning theories. Develop new ideas to showcase value and iterate quickly as in an incubator. Generating rich formative assessment. Curating/developing and reviewing learning content documented as research, scripts, presentations, etc. Hiring, mentoring, and management of content developers on implementation of curriculum and product frameworks. Strengthen the pedagogical impact of our compelling course content by working on content formats and flow.Requirements: Prior experience of 7+ years in developing school-level content/curriculum for the K-12 learning segment. Deep knowledge of school-level content across subjects. Proven understanding/skill in learning theories and a track record of lesson and curriculum planning. Assessment methodologies and a track record of assessment design. Principles of academic education and pedagogy and a track record of content development.
