Our client is looking forPosition : Officer (Inbound Captive Contact Centre of German MNC) Only Day shift.Officer : 11 Positions Off Role : Customer service assistant - 20 Location : Prestige Shantiniketan, White-field. Bangalore Working Days : Permanent day Shift, 5 Days Working ( Sunday + Any other day Off) Working Hours : 9 am to 6.00 pm Work from Office No Pickup and drop facility.Salary : Excellent in the IndustryWork Profile : *Handling Customer Service, (NO SALES, NO TARGET) *In bound calls, *Handling customer queries regarding different products knowledge, *Tracking Orders and communicating to customers *Coordinating with Different Departments to sort out customer Issues.Candidate Profile :Inbound Voice Process Experience Required. - Call Centre EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED.
