Job Description

    Data Analyst-11 - 5 years3,00,000 - 4,50,000 P.A.Bangalore/Bengaluru
    • Support incoming requests from WWRACE Sales, Technical, Partner, and BU CoE teams and stakeholders.
    • Deliver production data refresh for reporting solutions to the business.
    • Support Management, Operations, Finance, other Reporting teams.
    • Provide world-class customer service aligned to VMware EPIC2 values.
    • Identify and escalate quality assurance issues in data, reporting, dashboard, and other analytics.
    • Support best practices during the business intelligence and analytics
    • Provide ongoing support to deployed or existing reporting solutions enhancements and change requests.
    • Implement and recommend of the update and enhancement of critical management reports.
    • Provide ad hoc reports output from core system to internal stakeholders.
    • Manage data and metrics inquiries, maintaining up-to-date ticket information management in the teams shared workflow system.
    • Proactively investigate, report and where possible - address data quality issues.
    • Bachelors Degree in Education, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • 0-2 years work experience.
    • Excellent knowledge of and experience using Excel macros, JSON scripts, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
    • Working knowledge and experience with Tableau dashboards and functionality.
    • Working knowledge and experience with PowerBI reporting, dashboards and functionality.
    • Excellent proactive customer service and communications skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
    • Active collaborator and team player.
    • Willingness to learn quickly.
