We are building an amazing team of data scientists, behavioral experts, and technologists to build and evolve this amazing product.Job brief :- We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our team immediately and begin work, under minimal supervision, on a client project that has critical deliverables due over the next few weeks. The position will report directly to the CTO and will be required to work in close coordination with the other co-founders and data scientists.- The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users. Responsibilities :- Understand the critical issues that our clients faces, which can be better understood with data- Analyze structured and unstructured data and identify patterns and perform statistical modeling (linear/non-linear regression, correlation etc.)- Compile and analyze data related to business issues- Create client reports using data in Tableau- Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashionQualifications :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience- 1 - 2 years Data Analysis experience- Experience with data modeling and data analysis with R and/or Python- Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, creating dashboards, reports, and charts- Working knowledge of Excel, JSON, CSV and other data formatsRequired Skills :- Demonstrable working experience with Python using Django, NodeJS, JavaScript, ReactJS- Exposure to working with RESTFUL APIs- Experience with database technologies, especially PostgreSQL/ NoSQL databases or other data-store solutions (e.g. MongoDB, CouchDB)- Experience with Azure or Google Cloud- Automated unit test frameworks and test coverage toolsPreferred Skills :- Experience with Neural Network, Tensor Flow, NumPy, SciPy, KerasHow to apply: Interested and qualified candidates may email their resume along with a portfolio or snapshot of sample dashboards created by them.,
