Job Description

  • Job responsibilities:
  • Tech / M.Tech/ MCA
  • Understanding of the concepts of basic commerce and accountancy (basics of double entry system of accounting, basics of Journal entry and ledger postings, familiarity with General Ledger (GL), Trial Balances, understanding of Classification of accounts (i.e. Assets, Liabilities, Revenue & Expense)], Accounts Payable , Accounts Receivables , Debit Credit, Financial Statements
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting (basic understanding of Audit timelines, difference between interim and Year-end reporting, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office [Excel - (basics of Sort, Filter, Pivot, Conditional formatting, Lookups, etc)]
  • Ability to observe, identify and track exceptions
  • Ability to understand and apply set of rules
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify missing information
  • Ability to interpret data and apply solution
  • Team player, committed to providing high quality and maintaining timeliness
  • Effective written communication skills (Ability to communicate in a timely manner, good email writing skills)
