Project related activities Coordinate feasibility and overall analysis of Quantumzyme enzyme engineering projects. Analyse and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion. Follow strictly, regulatory or any statutory requirements as per law of land. Monitor and maintain the operational budget for the delivery department. This may include writing weekly and monthly budget reports for the reporting manager and Project In- charge (PI). Ensure delivery of the project, on time, on budget and to the quality standards expected by Quantumzyme customers. Oversee daily activities of project team and provide direction and guidance as needed. Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements. Accountability of team members for meeting their timelines. Customer Centric Activities: Review customer orders regularly and plan and coordinate delivery activities professionally. Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth. In addition to contacting potential customers to forge new contracts, also negotiate delivery rates for new and existing customers. Keep external sales people and Quantumzyme customers informed with proper MIS or such other documents related to progress of the project from initiation to completion. Answer technical questions from customers and the sales team about project clarification. Required Skills Strong people skills, with distinctive ability to motivate and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship. Excellent organization of time and ability to prioritize to meet tight deadlines. Strong verbal communication skills to speak to customers and delivery team members daily as well as good written communication skills to create detailed reports Well- organized and good at managing multiple tasks Directly address customer needs and problems, which requires good customer service skills. Analytical skills and the ability to interpret information from numerous sources to prepare and present reports. Good computer skills to analyze data and create reports Additional Skills 4+ years of experience in handling commercial scientific projects Have a good understanding of basic enzymology and/ or biochemistry,
