Successful candidate is expected to work hands -on in managing key projects involving HTML5, Css3, JavaScript, Big Data /Hadoop, Analytics, Android, IOS and Hybrid Applications.Unique Challenges This job requires a highly independent delivery manager who can code, test and deliver, guide and mentor the team against tight deadlines in both front end and backend and also train developers in the team. Delivery manager is expected to perform code reviews, estimation, technical guidance to other developers, respond to proposals, managing existing client interactions and help in pre -sales for acquiring new customers. Delivery manager is responsible for all aspects of client facing from requirements to go -live, post production support and managing the risk of the projects.Requirement1 Candidate should haveWillingness to work in a high -pressure start -upGood communication skills in EnglishShould be able to effectively articulate a problem or requirement in simple EnglishGood work attitude and work ethic i.e. willingness to self -learn new technologies, be always hands -on, team playerAt least 5 -8 years of experience in Web technologies /Android /iOS /Hybrid Application developmentQA /Testing experience to prepare test cases and perform testing before client DeliveryMust have experience inHands on development experience in one or 2 of the technologies in Web /Mobile /Analytics and willingness to learn other technologies with easeOpen source software tools and platforms and frameworksAndroid Studio, and eclipse adtWorking experience with SVN or GIT hubKnowledge on APIs like social networking API from google, facebook, twitter etc. and good at google maps APIGood knowledge in Html5, css, js, Jquery mobile and basics in php with relevant experience in developing hybrid apps(IOS, Android, Windows)apps using Apache cardova or Adobe phonegap buildExperience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP)Experience in e -commerce development framework or Moodle Learning Management system is preferred Ability to execute independently with minimal supervisionAbility to train, mentor & coach developers in the team and always have the pulse of the teamWillingness to contribute to the strategy of the company and continuously evaluate newer technologies and tools to improve productivity of the team Nice -To -Have ERP experience /Hands on SQL experience /PMP certificationSpecial Considerations Working hours needs to be flexible for this role as work of the team s work needs to be reviewed on daily basis and sent to client for feedback as well as attend client meetings either early in the morning between 7 to 9am IST or evening 8 -10pm.Success of this role depends on managing 3 important aspects of software delivery namely Client Management, Team Management and ,,
