SAP Concurs suite of award-winning on-demand services allow companies to get up and running quickly so they can focus on whats most important.The Demand Management Executive (DME) is responsible for supporting the Marketing and Sales departments through lead generation, targeting the Strategic enterprise market. This includes qualification of all inbound and outbound leads via the phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns. The Demand Management Executive is also responsible for event support and proactive lead generation. He / She will report to the Marketing Director for India.The RoleAs Demand Management Executive focused on strategic accounts (top of the GTM pyramid) he/she will focus on creating pipeline and nurturing accounts to help deepen and expand the SAP Concur engagement with defined strategic, market-leading, large, global customers.Proactively call into accounts on targeted lists by utilizing and maintaining corporate database. Qualify inbound and outbound leads.Participate in the first 1-2 months of the sales cycle by building relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts, identifying their project needs and business issues and conducting individual needs analysis.Should be able to write content and verbally position our solutions to CXO audience.Overcome objections and effectively communicate SAP Concurs value propositions to key decision makers (CXOs) regarding appropriate SAP Concur product offerings via value-based pitch.Build a business case based on information obtained from targeted accounts to support the value proposition of SAP Concur products.Transfer solid leads to appropriate Account Executive for follow-up and formal sales presentation. Maintain strong relationship with sales team through clear communication and follow-up.Maintain up to date and extensive knowledge on all SAP Concur product offerings through participation in product demonstrations, meetings and marketing materials.Stay current on industry trends and maintain extensive knowledge of competitors product offerings. Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation goals set by sales and marketing management.Actively participate in the innovation of new techniques and strategies for securing new accounts. Participate on projects teams as needed to support Sales and Marketing initiatives.Operates under supervision with frequent reviews of work.Role RequirementsBachelors Degree or equivalent in Marketing & Business7+ years of overall experience in Inside Sales/Market Development/ Demand Generation or Field Sales targeting large accountsExperience with customer service, inbound and outbound telesales, or demand generation and development activities.Excellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to engage and connect with CXO audience especially CFOs.Knowledge of financial, competitive, regulatory environmentMust be motivated by cold calling, asking probing questions and gathering information.Should have good understanding of tools like salesforce, tableau etc.We are SAPSAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
