    Job descriptionGreetings from GLYMPSE Human Capital services !!We are hiring for Desktop support Engineer & Hardware Support Engineer (Voice / Non-Voice) for Top MNC In Bangalore!Designation : Desktopsupport Engineer and/or Hardware Support EngineerQualification: Any graduate from Technical backgroundExperience : 0- 6 yrs ( BE / Btech freshers with exceptionally good Tech knowledge can also apply )Salary :Upto 5.5Lpa.Notice period : Looking for Immediate joiners.Shifts : Rotational Shifts.Location : Bangalore. -
    • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
    • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
    • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
    • Talk to clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyve solved a technical issue
