Job Description

  • Must be able to work across multiple groups, including infrastructure, QA, and application teams
  • Knowledge of Version Control software, preferably PVCS
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS platform
  • Strong Knowledge of migration tools, preferable Kintana
  • Experience in Change Management processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to build partnerships with Pearson technical teams across functions
  • Coordinating with teams in different time zones
  • Works within the Agile methodology and adheres to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance and all company standards as applicable.
  • Hands on experience in using best practices and standards
  • Skilled at technical problem solving
  • Knowledge of Jira, Kintana, PVCS
  • Knowledge of Change Management Processes
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Release Management tracking solutions, preferably ServiceNow
