  • Manages a delivery group. Leadsthe delivery development teams towards projects implementation according to content, schedule, budget and quality agreed on with the customer. Implements Sapiens development methodologies and enforces compliance in high quality.
  • Managing development teams of multiple projects and customers demands simultaneously
  • Ability to meet aggressive timelines and motivate the team to meet the project deadlines
  • Ability for managing the development activities:
  • Professional responsibility to obtain the desired result as defined with the customer
  • Responsible for scheduling, resource planning, budget & time tracking
  • Reporting implementation progress, meeting budgetary targets, quality products and more.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree
  • Overall 12-15 years experience
  • Proven managerial abilities - minimum of 5 years professional experience in a development team, of which at least 3 years specific experience in managing development group
  • Deep knowledge inJava/J2EEand OO technology
  • Experience with management of development life cycle and development methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with overseas customers
  • Experience in customer facing position- Advantage
  • Experienced with working in a Matrix management environment
  • PMP Certification Advantage
  • Fluent English, excellent communication skills
