Job Description

Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesDevOps engineers provide release engineering support to our developers, end-user support on automation facilities and application environments to internal systems and troubleshooting support to customers with their non-Production environments.Job Descriptions:

  • Devops team lead (hands-on)
  • Technical guru for various development groups
  • ALM cycle processes managementDesign solutions to customer requirements
  • Development infrastructure automation development
  • Development of automated CI and CD solutions
  • Administration of source control tools and repositories
  • Multi-tier environments management (application servers, DB)
  • Technical documentation maintenance
Requirements:
  • Technological savvy, hungry to learn and share his knowledge and expertise with the others
  • BSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Industrial Engineering,
or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience - must
  • Excellent communication skills, a dedicated team player
  • Minimum 3 years of DevOps or CM experience
  • Minimum 3 years in TL position
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with OO class-based programming language (Java or C#)
  • Solid knowledge of scripting languages Perl, Python, Bash, Java Script, Groovy, PowerShell (at list one).Knowledge of Bash and Python (two) is a highly preferred.
  • Understanding of ALM cycle and CI processes
  • Familiarity with Jenkins CIExperience designing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins pipeline experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of Unix/LinuxMinimum 5 years experience managing Linux operating system, demonstrated knowledge of internetworking concepts such as TCP/UDP, HTTP, SSL
  • Knowledge and understanding of relational databases / RDBMS
  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate certificate or equivalent (or higher)
  • Sound knowledge of SQL
  • Basic acquaintance with Oracle or MSSQL or DB2
  • Familiarity with application servers
  • Acquaintance with version control systems (Subversion, GIT - advantage)
  • Maven / Ant advantage
  • Excellent English - must
