The founders have a combined experience of 35 years in the tourism industry along with an extensively well-travelled team, who are dedicated towards providing an awe inspiring premium travel experience.Looking for a Digital marketing manager: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing manager with a proven track record to join our team. The ideal candidate is ambitious, self-motivated, knowledgeable and has an unquenchable thirst to continuously learn and develop his/her skills. We seek candidates who can work under pressure, multi-task, thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a passion to grow with us in the travel and tourism industry.This role will involve developing and implementing a social media strategy from ground up, in line with the vision of the companys management. The candidate is expected to take full ownership of the companys digital presence, with minimal hand holding, and will ensure all initiatives undertaken translate to quantifiable leads, growth in revenues and any other industry KPIs.Your primary job responsibilities will include:

  1. Design and Manage Ad campaigns for Social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok etc
  2. Design and Manage Ad campaigns on Google adwords after thorough keyword research
  3. Planning, budgeting and streamlining the investments and operations on the advertising platforms
  4. Manage social media pages of our brand by creating engaging content and posting regularly
  5. Analyze data regularly by using relevant tools like google analytics, facebook pixel etc
  6. Optimize ad campaigns based on data to achieve consistent lower costs and better results
  7. Link and analyze data across platforms to identify and understand meaningful patterns Organize, sort, and make sense of the given data in order to aid the decision-making process
  8. Increase organic growth through Search engine optimization, both on and off page
  9. Come up with regular marketing plans both paid and organic that can help achieve better business on a regular basis
  10. Generate, analyze and present meaningful reports from all marketing tools in order to get a better bang for our buck
  11. Research and stay up to date on the best practices in the Social Media space, including strategies implemented by our competitors and other market leaders.
Skill(s) required
  • Familiarity with facebook and instagram advertising tools like ads manager, facebook pixel, hootsuite etc
  • Familiarity with google ad words, keyword planning tools
  • Familiarity with excel and google sheets (generating charts and reports using excel would be an added advantage)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Analytical and creative skills
  • Regularly updated on current trends in the Digital industry and latest technologies associated with it
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and tools
  • Knowing how to use tools like canva / photoshop would be not a necessary but an added advantage
  • Knowing how to use a wordpress website would also be an added advantage
Who can apply
  1. Candidates who are ready for a full time work from home job
  2. Have the prerequisites to work from home like Laptop, Stable Wifi connection and a quite environment (This is mandatory)
  3. Candidate should be a Graduate and above (you may apply with any degree, having a marketing degree is not mandatory however more weightage will be given to candidates who have a proper certification, or a degree in marketing / digital marketing OR have the necessary skills / work experience to prove otherwise.
  4. Candidate should have at least 3 years of full time work experience in the Digital marketing field. Candidates with part-time/freelance work experience are also welcome to apply.
  5. Be willing to work as per UAEs business week i.e. from Saturday to Thursday and follow UAEs public holiday calendar schedule.
Compensation: A Salary of minimum INR 20K and upto INR 50K (monthly) would be offered depending on the skill set and experience of the candidates. Additionally, perks like Wi-Fi reimbursement etc would also be offered. A full-time offer in the UAE may be offered in the future, as per business requirements and subject to performance.
