Job Description for Digital Marketing StrategistAbout the Role:Kenscio Digital Marketing is looking for an ambitious & passionate Digital Marketing Strategist with hands-on experience in implementing strategies for clients in digital space specifically into email marketing & marketing automation space. The ideal candidate should have proven success building and managing a variety of email programs for various types of clients, loves helping customers, and is comfortable in working in a start-up environment.This is a cross functional role where youll be interacting with both the clients as well as with our Account managers, deliverability & operations team. Youll get to showcase your expertise in developing new strategies and executing tactics that deliver persuasive messages to current and prospective customers across different channels.What Youll Do:

  • Devise and strategize solutions that is in-line with the business goals for all Kenscio enterprise clients.
  • Use email marketing concepts and metrics to measure and optimize our email campaigns to improve open rates, deliverability, click rates, and conversion rates.
  • Identifying upsell-cross sell opportunities and providing recommendations across clients for enhancing their ROI.
  • Conduct trainings & demos for existing & new prospects based on requirements.
  • Stay abreast of the latest email marketing & omni channel best practices, strategies, industry standards and implement best practices to improvise campaign performance & the overall business.
  • Create audience segments based on demographic & behavioural criteria, advise improvements and help the Account managers to drive performance uplift.
  • Ensure email campaigns adhere to industry standards and do not violate regulatory compliances.
  • Use data to continuously test, measure, analyse and optimize the email marketing programs.
What We Look For:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience specifically into email marketing & managing end to -end strategies for email programs and driving innovation in the email channel.
  • Knowledge of campaign management, lifecycle marketing, channel metrics, and analytics.
  • Good understanding on email marketing & marketing automation matrices, best practices, segmentation & personalization, deliverability parameters & email compliances (eg: CAN SPAM, GDPR etc).
  • Prior experience in client facing role.
  • Proven work experience in growing, engaging with, and analysing the performance of a large email marketing database
  • Strong analytical & business mindset
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data and take actions accordingly.
