Sr. Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

  • hands on experience on Blue Prism development (Processes, Objects)
  • hands on experience on different spying mode.
  • hands on experience on Queue, Exception Handling,Logging, Credential Management and Deployment.
  • Good understanding of business requirements along with technical details.
  • Good Understanding of OCR, Surface,Troubleshooting capabilities for the issues to identify the root cause.
  • Ability to Involve in the QA Verification phase to support the QA team.
  • Ability to Follow the code adherence like proper commenting, adherence to design, nomenclature and security practices.
  • Ability to deliver within estimated timelines- Participating in peer review process of codes adhering to design.
  • Following best practices for code development, reviews, and releases.
  • Stay up-to-date with the new features of Blue Prism.
  • Working with the operational teams during the UAT and roll-out- Fixing bugs during UAT and SIT.
  • Performing administrative jobs in the Blue Prism live environment, for example, running processes, viewing logs, maintaining resource PCs, etc.
  • Must have good communication , analytical and presentation skills
  • Understand the RPA transformation Program approach & methodology act as Catalyst & provide leadership in Automation Transformation Projects.
  • Must have done 10+ Core RPA projects as RPA Developer / Lead.
  • knowledge of Programming languages like java , c# , C++ is added advantage.
  • Knowledge or hands on experience in multiple RPA tools like AA/ Blue Prism/ UI Path/ Power Automate/ Work fusion/ Pega/ VBA AUTOMATION MS Access/ MS Outlook/ MS Excel/ MS One Note/ MS Info Path/ VBS/ JS is add on advantage.
  • Should have experience in Multi-cultural / Multi- Domain environment and global exposure.
  • Having hands on Project Management experience specifically in IT / Automation / RPA projects.
  • Excellent communication analytical and presentation skills
Good to have :
  • Blue Prism AD01 Certification.
  • Experience in .NET and SQL Server
  • Experience in any other RPA tools like UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate
  • Ability to collaborate with peer group, business partners and the management to derive greater results to the organization
  • Flexibility to travel, wherever needed
  • Must be able to lead teams in an unstructured environment.
