  • This role works within the Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) Business Transformation team to drive change delivery and implementation across the end-to-end client lifecycle, including coverage of AML, KYC, Tax, OTC reform and FM regulations
  • Provide Change Management and Project Management expertise to engage, mobilise and transition a global user base onto a target Client Lifecycle Management operating model
  • Formulate and execute against change management plans
  • Own and produce key change management deliverables, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and bought-in throughout delivery
  • Drive delivery of successful communications, engagement, training and business implementation outcomes across global teams.
Business
  • Support Head of Change Management in driving successful user adoption of operating model implementations on a global scale
  • Lead and drive key change management outcomes end to end, including:
    • Communications and engagement planning, development and delivery to drive awareness and mobilization across a broad range of global stakeholders
    • Business Impact Assessments, including qualitative and quantitative analysis to articulate target state impacts and active management of response plans across impacted business units
    • Training planning, material development and delivery across impacted stakeholder groups Operational Readiness activities required to successfully transition business teams into the target
    • state, such as team mobilization, risk assessments, business process testing, business go-live support, formal transition to BAU, etc.
    • Support project planning, management and tracking
  • Manage and effectively engage key stakeholders across front office, middle office, operations, compliance, FCC and IT to deliver workstream outcomes
  • Occasional need to work on weekends to support peak-period implementation activities

  • Monitor all major risk issues and concentrations. Where appropriate, direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to Risk Committees

  • Lead the Greater China Credit Flow team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Substantial experience in the banking industry, including demonstrated success as Product Owner
  • Experience working with Client Document Management System
  • Experience working and leading UAT, Manging Stakeholders, Obtain Approvals,
  • Ensure requirements traceability through JIRA as per standards
  • Experience working on testing tools like JIRA
  • UAT Strategy, Planning and delivery, UAT Entry and Exit and Closures
Must Have:
  • Significant change management and business implementation delivery at scale either global or regional coverage, supporting multiple impacted business functions
  • Hands-on individual contributor with an eye for detail and a proactive, self managed working style
  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and work with minimal management oversight to drive the best outcome possible
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills; able to effectively engage, influence and manage senior business stakeholders
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of CIB and CB business segments, client types and product offerings
  • Subject matter expertise in CLM processes and systems
