Job Description

Our culture is all about rewarding excellence so there are fantastic opportunities for the right candidates!- JD: - Own the overall P&L for performance advertising business in India - Collaborate with product, sales, account management, analytics, data sciences etc to build a world class performance advertising product - Develop strong relationships with advertisers and agencies and ensure you grow accounts by cross-selling and up-selling new opportunities - Build a strong hold on the different lines of business from technical, operational and commercial aspect to have a clear understanding of the optimizations required in order to scale the business - Provide feedback and help shape the product, data and supply roadmaps by communicating client requirements and larger market trends - Bring deep industry insights around the competition, latest trends and build the right roadmap for product accordingly Eligibility: - You- have- a total of 8+- years- of experience - Deep experience in and understanding of the mobile and/or digital marketing ecosystem in India - You have owned- growth- marketing channels and driven demonstrable results, owning and achieving core- growth- KPIs.- You understand marketing funnels and know how to optimize and drive each stage.- Youre a great communicator with experience conveying ideas to end customers, product and sales teams alike- You are conversant with data analysis and the best tools for retrieving, manipulating, and visualizing data including tools like MySQL, Excel, R, and Tableau- You have strong personal organization and project management abilities, and have managed a team of product managers /- growth- / digital marketers,
