- You will be responsible for overlooking the internal recruitment at TopHire (https://tophire.co). We- re hiring rapidly and need a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the process.- Please note this is not a client-facing role. This is an internal role. You will work with the Co-Founders internally. You will not be interacting with our outside clients.Responsibilities :- Youll lead our internal recruitment team and be responsible for planning, strategy, sourcing, shortlisting, screening, pitching, coordination and negotiation- Manage lateral hiring as well as campus hiring- Proactively source candidates through a combination of channels including job portals, headhunting, referrals, social media, etc.- Mentor and train our team of Recruiters- Work with the Co-Founders directly to define an optimal hiring process for each requirement- Managing candidate status and communication in our applicant tracking system- Gain market intelligence by talent mapping and performing competitor analysis- You will be our brand ambassador and evangelise TopHire to potential candidates- Develop and implement strategies to make TopHire an employer of choice - Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies- Forecasting our future hiring needs on the basis of our business growth strategiesQualifications :- 4+ years of experience in recruitment- Bachelors degree in any field but preferably in HR / Psychology / Business Management- Masters / MBA in any field but preferbaly in HR / Psychology / Business Management- Great English communication both written and spoken- Experience with various sourcing strategies like headhunting, boolean searches, job posts, social media, referrals etc- Ability to pitch TopHire to potential candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner - The skill to shortlist candidates as per the desired requirements of the hiring manager.- Conscientious. Always on top of your pipeline without a need for reminders or follow ups- A desire to work in a rapidly scaling startup.
