with the execution of relevant programming, training, and other firm strategies to continue fostering an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace for all firm personnel and help the bank meet its objectives using an environmentally, socially and economically sustainable approachRESPONSIBILITIES: Supports diversity and inclusion initiatives, as set by the Senior Management and assists the Diversity & Inclusion team with executing relevant strategiesCoordinates the scheduling of Diversity Council and Diversity Council Steering Committee meetings, and relevant events or programmingTracks finances for the Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, and provide monthly reports to the Senior ManagementUpdates and maintains various sections of the diversity & inclusion intranet and social site (including the events calendar, the language on programs and partnerships, photo galleries, etc.)Coordinate and ensure the intranet communicates Bank s sustainability issues, procedures, and objectivesAssists the Diversity & Inclusion team with the communication of the bank s diversity and inclusion commitment and activities, through the bank s newsletter and other publicationsSupport in compiling and organizing data in response to industry surveys regarding diversity and inclusion, professional development, and recruitingAssists with other diversity and inclusion needs as necessaryDevelop sustainability project goals, objectives, and initiativesCollect information about waste stream management and green building practicesPartner with the leaders, Employee Resource Groups, and key internal and external stakeholders to design, iterate, and scale initiatives that further increase the diversity of our team and ensure people from all backgrounds can truly succeedWork alongside the executive team and events team to craft and deliver powerful content for company-facing gatherings to align employees around shared business goals, market opportunities, and how we will win in our industryLead targeted projects that help employees feel increasingly connected, appreciated, and inspired throughout their journey with the organizationDrive the social impact efforts, mobilizing the company to give back to our communities so that we re helping to strengthen our external as well as internal communityEffectively build rapport with diverse groups, develop and
