Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of innovative, cost-effective solutions

• Produce architectural recommendations and technical specifications around development large integrated enterprise class system using Agile methodologies

• Delivery of complex projects in the development space through high efficiency, reusable components and sharing of best practices

• Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign efforts working closely with stakeholders across the globe

• Establish development standards and drive adherence to best practices as part of knowledge management

• Establish architecture guidance working with Architecture teams, and drive implementation through strong design and development principles, quality management

• Build and grow capability for development team members based on competency frameworks and project pipeline

Desired Candidate Profile

• 14+ years of overall experience from leading IT services/ Captive units with strong architectural design and development background

• Strong knowledge and experience across .NET technologies, including C#, WCF, WPF, Workflows and Database technologies (SQL Server, MySQL),

• Strong experience in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture, integration platforms and 3rd party products, when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and TFS/ GIT Hub code repositories

• Experience and certified working with Cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS

• Ability to develop technology roadmap and build architectural vision for complex products

• Experience in various development methodologies and processes, including tools and usage of tools to gain edge in productivity and solutions Strong familiarity in various project methodology, especially Scrum and Scaled Agile

• Should have created technical proposals for large services engagements

• Excellent communication skills

• Expert in guiding development teams through coaching and mentorship
