Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes Experience in developing web-based, SaaS or enterprise applications Hands on development experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, WebAPI, SQL, Javascript, JQuery, HTML5 and CSSExperience designing and implementing core framework components and reusable libraries, Experience leveraging SOLID principle, popular design methodologies, patterns and practices Experience working on an agile development team. Experience with source control management systems like TFS and continuous integration/deployment environments Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, Lync) Self-motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
