Job Description

    *Relevant Experience Required: Job Description
    • About 4-8 years of experience in Product Data Management (Release and Engineering Change Management) and know-how of Product Design & Development in Automotive
    • Should have Understanding about Spare part needs at the workshops.
    • Knowledge on serviceability and aftersales concept.
    • Knowledge on engineering drawing and Installation drawings.
    • Experience in Parts Release and data management, BOM management and Parts Documentation
    • Must have knowledge about Automobile components and product life cycle management
    • Know how of Product Data Management (Release) Activity,
    • Knowledge of Change Management, Variants Control & BOM management
    • Intercultural Experience: Onsite experience or working exposure in Europe/ European clients and ability to interact with the German teams is an added advantage.
    • German Language will be an added advantage.
    • Must be a Team Player; should have the attitude to work with the team & also shoulder individual responsibility wherever needed
    • Microsoft office skills with good Excel knowledge, power point presentation
    • Know how CAD Software Unigraphics NX/ Catia and Teamcenter
    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for coordination of Spare parts documentation and change processes
    • Responsible for Spare part data management
    • Release management & data management for mechanical components (Bill of Material, PLM, Release Control & Co-ordination)
    • Interact with cross-functions teams for project requirement inputs
    • Co-ordination & Technical Reviews with onsite Engineers & Cross functional departments
    • Research and analysis of Engineering data (3D CAD)
    • Develop Illustrations for Spare Parts and Document Illustrations in the database
    • Perform Product Data Management tasks based on customer requirement
    • Assist team leader to achieve company goals / objectives
    Software Skills requirement:
    • Understanding of Illustration tools like Coreldraw, Adobe Illustrator, Isodraw
    • Teamcenter Visualisation
    • MS applications
