Mandatory : Telecom Domain Experience : 6+ Proven track record of successfully delivering SOA/middleware integration projects such as demonstrate experience modelling reusable business objects and services; forward thinking about the recommended services and anticipated business needs Demonstrated thorough understanding of modern enterprise architecture, hands-on experience with enterprise application integration middleware and platforms Expert level of technical knowledge and understanding of architecture, application systems design and integration with large scale deployments. J2EE application servers and containers (e.g., WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, Spring etc.) TIBCO suite of tools Informatica suite of tools (e.g. PowerCenter, IDQ) 5+ years of experience with SOA, ESB, JMS messaging, transaction, XML and/or Web Services integration technologies Data Power: DataPower, XSLT. iLog: ilog and Core Java experience IBM Message Broker: IBM MQ, IIB, Oracle SQL. Role and Responsibilities: Should have knowledge with integration of projects using IBM WebSphere Integrator Message Broker tool kit. Ownership of deploying integration components in development environments. Client interaction and ability to lead and guide teams on developing solutions that fully integrate and collaborate with existing IT systems to perform an automated business function. You will design and develop maps, message flows and configure/develop adaptors. Participates in all design sessions and provides technical leadership (including technical decisions, technology recommendations, defining standards, leading POCs, and mentoring developers. Define the strategy and overall vision for solutions. Provide complete solution designs that consider cost, performance, scalability, reusability, and extensibility. Document application requirements, technical specifications, use-cases, workflow processes. Prepare Mapping Specification and Integration Design document. You will work with Business and Application teams to elaborate both Functional and non-functional requirement. Mentor and develop skills of other members of the team.
