Job Description

  • Building simple but discerning questions to check whether the child has really understood various grade-specific concepts.
  • Commenting and finalizing questions made by peers to enhance the quality of questions.Validating translated questions and content to enhance the quality of the same.
  • Understanding pedagogical principles to understand the learning progression Analysing large-scale student response data to figure out how children think and learn.
  • Designing and conducting training and workshops with teachers on Question making, understanding results, and reports, etc. Spending considerable time on the field by setting standard processes, interacting with various stakeholders to make the product more student-friendly and learning-oriented
Must have
  • Ability to create mathematical content in Urdu
  • Ability to work with a team of content creators/ translators to ensure high quality and error-free content for the platform.
  • Ability to communicate and documents the thoughts in a coherent and cohesive manner.
  • Great aptitude, logical and analytical thinking Ability to understand the question behaviour, uptake and child s ability to answer the question accurately and correctly
Experience
  • Fresh graduates and postgraduates with no prior experience and a zeal to contribute in the field of education are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates who have prior experience in the field of education, have worked closely with teachers or teacher trainers and students will find the job interesting.
